Insecurity

Firstly, do not push the body further than it is comfortable within the MediYoga sessions – MediYoga stands for Meditation and Yoga, meaning that at MajiMind, we’ve created a new kind of Yoga which allows participants to move through their feelings within their mind and body, while allowing emotional release. During the MediYoga sessions, participants are asked to be mindful of their feelings, thoughts, and body. Often, feelings tend to sit and settle within different parts of the body, which can be an unconscious process. This is why common phrases describe the following physical sensations: feeling restless, anxious, stressed, queasy in the stomach, jittery in the solar plexus (which is in the middle of your body right under the ribcage), repetitive thoughts, feeling nauseous, headaches, and nervousness. MediYoga encourages participants to acknowledge feelings while embracing the physical sensations that are tied to them.
