When we feel hopeless, life can become difficult. If we remain stuck in hopelessness, situations may start to feel unchangeable. Take things slowly, as rushing to make changes out of hopelessness can often lead to poor decisions. Instead, treat your feelings of hopelessness as you would a child in need of care and protection.
