Present Moment

Living in the present moment means fully engaging with what’s happening right now, without dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. It’s about being fully attentive to the present experience and accepting it without judgment or resistance. To get to the present moment, gear the attention to what the body is doing right now. By cultivating mindfulness in the here and now, you can reduce stress, enhance focus, and build deeper connections with yourself and others.

One important thing to remember is that we can only truly succeed in the present moment if we have learned from the past, and to be aware of anything we decide in the present moment will influence our future.
