How the App Works
Before you begin, we invite you to read a few quick notes to help make your experience with MajiMind easier to use.
After reading the short introductions to several key topics, you will arrive at a page that asks, “How are you feeling today?”
Below that, you’ll see a list of emotional phrases—there are 15 emotions in total. Scroll through and click on the one you’d like to work on.
You’ll then be taken to a new page with four different ways to explore and work through that emotion. Select the method that feels right for you. You’re welcome to try just one—or all four.
